[Gnso-sc-budget] Draft Motion for SCBO Charter

Hi All,

 

Please find attached a draft motion making the SCBO a permanent standing
committee of the GNSO Council and to permanently approve its charter.
Proposed changes are welcome.  Please make suggestions by 23:59, 12 October
2018.

 

Note that the Council Motion and Documents deadline is this coming Sunday,
14 October at 23:59 UTC.

 

Given it is a weekend deadline, I will be happy to submit the motion on the
SCBO Chairs' behalf.
