[Gnso-sc-budget] Updated Draft Report

SCBO,

 

Please find attached the next version of the draft report.  As noted on the
call, we must submit the report by 17 September 2018 for the Council's
motions and documents deadline.

 

A few notes about changes to this version:

1.       I included both a redline and clean version of the report.
Suggested edits should be made on the clean version.  Track changes are
enabled.  You can either make changes within the Word document or submit
proposed edits to the list.  I can add changes to the master document as
they come in.

2.       I added an Annex B that contains a copy/paste of input submitted by
respective groups.

3.       I added a statement to Section 1.3 noting that the SCBO will track
actual timelines for each budget cycle.  Please let me know if captured this
action correctly.

4.       I added numbers to each question within Section 1.4.

5.       I updated and confirmed the attendance tracking tool for the twelve
SCBO meetings to date.  I updated the tool to reflect when SMEs joined to
better reflect their actual opportunities to attend.  A specific link to the
attendance chart was also included.

6.       Questions 6, 7, & 9 should be reviewed in close details as they
commanded most of today's discussion.  Note that the answer to #6 is a
direct copy from the NCSG statement.  Answer #9 still requires a draft
response.

7.       Other small edits as discussed on the call.

 

Please provide feedback on this version of the report by 23:59 UTC, Friday
14 September.  I will ready the final version of the document so that Ayden
can submit it to the Council the following Monday.
