Hi Marilyn,

I agree that the SCBO should “not try to compete or with or take over the work from the broader community,” and I did not mean to suggest that. I’m sorry for the confusion if that was the impression you received.

All I was suggesting was that, should we still be chartered, when we review the proposed FY20 budget later this year, we consider the implications for GNSO policy coordination and development (if any) that are impacted by the final travel support guidelines and that we wish to take forward in our comment.

It is possible that there will be nothing we feel a need to take forward. But the continued delays in publishing this report do lead one to wonder what could be happening behind the scenes. Could there be drastic changes afoot, being debated internally?

Or maybe it’s just a case of another missed deadline.
