[Gnso-sc-budget] timeline - our comment on the Strategic Plan

Hi all,

On our call tomorrow we will further refine our comment on the Strategic Plan (current draft attached). Following the call, I will send a final draft to our mailing list for your input, which can be accepted until 13:00 UTC on Tuesday, 5 February. As a matter of urgency can you please consult with your Stakeholder Group or Constituency to gauge their satisfaction or comfort with this comment.

I will be sending the comment to the GNSO Council list on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on what comments are received and how difficult they are to resolve. This will give the Council two full business days plus the weekend to review the comment prior to the submission deadline (Monday, 11 February).

We will not have a SCBO call on 11 February.
