Apologies for the delayed response, but I have been travelling.

I cannot support the comment as currently drafted. The focus on both Board and staff expenditure might be appropriate for a comment from an SG, but is not appropriate for the GNSO Council.

Dear all all,

Please find attached the latest version of our comment on the budget.

There are two key changes. One is to the bullet point on capacity development programs, per the recent conversation on our mailing list. The other is a new bullet point calling for an upgrade to the GNSO's website to be prioritized.

I will be sending this revised draft to the GNSO Council's mailing list tomorrow (3 February), unless there are any concerns expressed on our list before 13:00 UTC. Thanks and apologies for the tight deadline.
