Hi Michele,

This comment has now been forwarded to the GNSO Council's mailing list for its consideration and, given the submission deadline is in 48 hours time, realistically the SCBO is not in a position to further revise the text.

But, the comment can only be submitted in the absence of an objection from a member of the GNSO Council. If you take your objection to the Council mailing list then the comment will not be submitted in its present form. I would then defer to Council leadership to resolve any objections raised, as ultimately, it goes out under their signatures.
