3.	Discuss process and timeline for submitting draft comment to the
GNSO Council

a.	Process:

                                                    i.     review the key
activities and projects document to understand any implications for the GNSO
Council

                                                   ii.     allow any
concerns already identified in the Budget which have implications for the
GNSO to be raised

                                                  iii.     as required, seek
clarification from the Finance team

b.	Timeline:

                                                    i.     SCBO meetings
scheduled for 14 Jan, 21 Jan 2019

                                                   ii.     Council meeting
scheduled for 24 Jan 2019

                                                  iii.     Potential for
meetings on 28 Jan, 4 Feb 2019

                                                  iv.     Close of comment
