[Gnso-sc-budget] call on the 28th

Hi all,

I misspoke on our call yesterday, and re-arranged our call for the 21st to 14:00 UTC. I actually meant to re-arrange our call on the 28th for 14:00 UTC instead of 13:00 UTC.

Sorry about this. As we have adjusted the time for next week already, I don't want to create any confusion by changing it again. So would it be okay if we have our next two calls (21 January and 28 January) at 14:00 UTC, then revert back to our usual time of 13:00 UTC?
