[Gnso-sc-budget] Document Drafting Pilot Program

Dear all,

I understand that the [Document Development and Drafting Pilot Program](https://community.icann.org/display/DDDPP/Individual+Community+Assistance) was discontinued in 2018. From what I gather, participating GNSO stakeholder groups received 100 hours of research assistance in Phase I and 125 hours in Phase II. The BC, ISPCP, RrSG and RySG all participated in this pilot and, from the assessments I have read, it seems the pilot was well-received by the participating GNSO SGs and Cs. As this program sought to boost community capacity to respond to public comments and to engage in DNS policy activities, I was wondering if this is something that the SCBO should call to be re-instated?
