[Gnso-sc-budget] 5 Year Strategic Plan

Hi All,

 

Please find attached the two PDFs for ICANN's 5 Year Strategic Planning

The public comment period closes 11 February 2019.

 

While the GNSO Council is responsible for primarily managing the GNSO Policy
Development Process, the substance of draft comments can likely span the
entire proposed strategic plan, and not just Strategic Objective #2 "ICANN's
Governance".  It is important that the GNSO Council provide comments to the
strategic plan, if for anything, to simply state that it supports it.  Much
like the annual budget cycle, the Empowered Community can also reject the
strategic plan by follow this process

We will spend a majority of next week's SCBO call to discuss this topic.  In
the meantime, comments are welcome on the list to highlight concerns.
