[Gnso-sc-budget] [v.0.6] latest version of our comment on FY20 budget

Dear all,

Please find attached the latest version of our comment on the FY20 budget, both a redlined and a clean draft. I am going to share the clean draft with track changes accepted with the GNSO Council on its mailing list today. The only changes from v.5 are that I have 1) highlighted the references to the Document Development and Drafting Pilot in yellow, and will ask the Council to decide whether or not to include (or further refine) this language, and 2) have clarified language to make clear that we would like to see details of Board travel to ICANN meetings in addition to travel to external meetings.

I will advise if any feedback is received from the Council in relation to our comment.
