[Gnso-sc-budget] Additional Resourcing Needs

During the Strategic Planning Session on Friday, the GNSO Council discussed additional resourcing needs, and what tools it may need in order to manage its 2019 workload.

There was a discussion around the difficulties that staff and community have with the GNSO’s website and, in particular, the difficulties faced in searching email archives and transcripts.

While no formal request was made, it was suggested (and no objections were raised to the idea) that we could ask in our budget comment that ICANN org prioritize the upgrade of the GNSO website, so that information can be more easily retrieved.

From what I understand (but please correct me if I am wrong) an upgrade to the GNSO’s website is already in the pipeline, but we would just be asking that this be prioritized.

So, I would suggest that we add a new bullet point to our comment on the budget to this effect. Are there any concerns if we did so?
