[Gnso-sc-budget] Fw: Proposed edits to the Council's Strat Plan DRAFT

My suggested changes are attached. I have a conflicting session tomorrow but will be on the call as much as possible.  In a couple of places, I had questions and those are preceded with [MSC: so that it is very easy to edit them out after discussion.  I also edited out the term: "picket fence". For many external to the Council who will review/read the comments, it has limited current understanding.
