[Gnso-sc-budget] ICANN 63 Travel Report Not Published

Hi all,

Just flagging for information purposes that the [Travel Report page](https://community.icann.org/display/trvlconstit/Travel+Report) has not been updated in eight months, and the ICANN 63 Travel Report has not been published (even in the heavily redacted form, as was the case for the ICANN 62 report). Similarly, the [Q4 2018 Travel Reports](https://community.icann.org/display/trvlconstit/ICANN+Face-to+Face+Meeting) have not yet been published. As these are an essential tool for keeping our respective Stakeholder Groups/Constituencies accountable for our own travel expenses incurred by ICANN, I will let you know once these reports are published.
