As noted in a prior email, the SOPC will be hosting an extended session in
Montreal related to the FY21 Budget cycle and 5 Year Strategic Plan. Below
you will find their draft agenda. The SOPC has invited Councilors and SMEs
of the SCBO to this session. Come one, come all if you have availability.

Draft Agenda
SOPC meeting (60 minutes)

*	Overview of forthcoming strategic and operational planning
presentation (Finance team): different modus operandi to explore ( max 40
minutes)
*	Q&A on recent ICANN CEO and Board communiques on strategic
priorities. (10 minutes)
*	Coordination with gNSO. (10 minutes). 

 

Workshop ( 120 minutes in total) 

*	Working method : how are we going to address the upcoming  planning
Modus operandi ( 90 minutes)
*	Review of the Charter: included review of roles and responsibilities
and Membership (10 minutes)
*	Wrap- up & evaluation ( 20 minutes)
