[Gnso-sc-budget] Board Resolution on Contingency Plan for Root Server Key Signing Ceremonies

Hi All,

 

One item noted in the Council's comment regarding the PTI-IANA FY22 Budget
was the absence of consideration for Covid-19 and key signing ceremonies.
Just as an FYI, the Board passed a resolution regarding this at its 17 Dec
2020 meeting.
