Hi All:

I’m sorry I didn’t have an opportunity to submit my comments within the Google Doc but I had a few observations to share that can be drafted if appropriate.

Observations:
Strategic Goals and Targeted Outcomes are very general but seem to cover all of the specific Issues (A-F) in Appendix C.  
Regarding statement in the 5yr budget under Scope (bullet 4 on page 22), it indicates that the approaches and solutions to improve the effectiveness of ICANN’s MSM ‘may’ be initiated.  Does this suggest that nothing or only some things could be done in the next 5 years?  Is that reflected in the Low-High range of the financial estimate?
Regarding Appendix C, are we commenting on that as well?  If only some of the issues (pg.339) were to be addressed, how would they be prioritized?
