[Gnso-sc-budget] SCBO Agenda 15 Jan 2020 - ICANN's 5YS&OP + FY21 Budget

Hi All,

 

Please find below the suggested agenda for the 15 Jan 2020 SCBO call at
21:00 UTC for one hour.  

 

1.	Confirm attendance and agenda
2.	Discuss initial reaction to webinars and draft documents submitted
to public comment proceeding

a.	Coordination with CCNSO's SOPC

b.	Next meeting 29 Jan 2020 at 21:00 UTC

 

ACTION REQUIRED:

*	If you are a current Councilor, no action is required because we
already have your google address to access a shared folder and edit Google
Docs.
*	Everyone else:

*	Please send a Google Docs friendly/compatible email address to
gnso-secs at icann.org <mailto:gnso-secs at icann.org>  with the email subject as
"GNSO-SCBO Google Drive Access"; in most cases this will xxx at google.com
<mailto:xxx at google.com> .
*	SO/AC Admins will add each of you to the platform and assign the
appropriate access control.
*	You'll be notified with a link to the shared folder, and once
uploaded the attached draft of comment will be converted to Google Doc.

 

Tentative SCBO Schedule:

*	15 Jan - 1st SCBO meeting
*	22 Jan - GNSO Council SPS for 3 days (to some extent prioritization
and 5YS&OP items will be discussed)
*	29 Jan - 2nd SCBO meeting
*	05 Feb - 3rd SCBO meeting (not scheduled, unsure if necessary)
*	10 Feb - GNSO Council documents & motion deadline (SCBO products
have not required a motion in the past, but we attempt to adhere to this
rule)
*	18 Feb - Tentative date to meet with the SOPC to share draft
positions
*	20 Feb - GNSO Council meeting where we will review the draft of
comment(s)
*	25 Feb - Deadline to submit comments
