Hi John,

I added my findings
+ I feel that the RPMs PDP implementation is not mentioned at all (or I miserably failed to find it in
https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/draft-op-financial-fy22-26-opplan-fy22-2020-en.pdf <https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/draft-op-financial-fy22-26-opplan-fy22-2020-en.pdf>
)
and it was one of the major policy development efforts of the recent years... might worth to be set as a separate budget issue 5?
(or I am totally wrong in this)

P.s: most things in the comments (I am not a great writer at all :(

P.P.s: budget issue 4 is in my budget issue 3 text (I am bit confused, but the references to numbers are in comments)

(also page 256
gives 8 FTE and 1.8M USD,
Policy Research and Stakeholder Programs

when
page 266
gives 9 FTE and 2.5M USD
Strategic Initiatives

in the same
POLICY DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

Which should be used?

the texts are not clear, and seems to reflect the same persons doing almost the same policy oriented work

)

Sincerely Yours,

Maxim Alzoba

This would enable the GNSO Council to adequately evaluate whether the recommended changes associated with PDP 3.0 are being adequately funded.” Search the budget for references to PDP 3.0 being implemented.

The GNSO Council suggests that criteria are explained or that that all events be listed. This is a critical component to transparency.” Look at p. 11 of FY22 Budget and compare with FY21 Budget at p. 15.
