Hi All,

Per our SCBO call on the 29th, please see below a few action items in preparation for our next call scheduled for 13 Oct 2021 at 12:00UTC.

SCBO Action Items – Due by 08 Oct 2021:

  1.  SCBO to determine if additional questions or items of clarification from the FY23 PTI/IANA draft docs are warranted. We can funnel these back to the Planning team for written responses.
  2.  SCBO to identify possible topics or issues with the FY23 draft docs that may be candidates for inclusion in a response by the GNSO Council.

Based on the input received, this may determine whether an additional call and/or a Council response is warranted. Links to relevant documents are listed below. I’ve also attached the PDF used by Becky in her overview.

As a reminder, the SCBO roster will be refreshed after the ICANN72 Council meeting. Please consult with your respective teams as we seek a GNSO Councilor to take the role as vice-chair as part of a succession plan for FY24, as John will step down.

  *   15 Dec 2021 – SCBO meeting #01 @12:00 UTC to conduct initial review of draft documents and make available a google document for a draft of comments
