[Gnso-ssc] New SSC Representative of RySG (Starting Oct 2018)

Dear Colleagues, 

As you may know, I was elected as a RySG GNSO Councilor and will take my seat at ICANN 63 in Barcelona.

RySG selected the new representative Erica Varlese to take the seat at ICANN63 (Oct 2018), when I will step down, 
and until then, to “shadow” me over the next three months.

I will continue to represent the RySG and serve as SSC Vice Chair,
 and this “soft transition” will allow Erica to get fully up to speed.

RySG asked to add Erica to gnso-ssc at icann.org.
