[Gnso-ssc] Poll open - ATRT3 replacement candidates - Deadline Monday 5 Nov at 12:00 UTC

Hi,

I don't think that will be fair for those candidates who applied previously
to ask them for endorsement now as they were only reached previously to
confirm availability. so I won't support giving weight.
I am also concerned since my understanding is we are trying to fill the
vacancy and not changing the whole slate. for example, Wolfgang is already
among primary candidates and I don't see why he should go again through the
same process (the message from Emily confirm my understanding). The
selection among the new candidates should be only for the 2 primary slots
and the one among the rest of the slate for secondary candidates.
