<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">As a starting point on this task, staff has worked with the leadership team to develop the attached draft document outlining standard processes and timelines for the SSC’s work. Please review this document
and share your questions and input on this mailing list. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">As you review, it is helpful to keep in mind that each individual selection process may have unique requirements or circumstances. The document is intended to outline a standard or default process, but the
standard process can be adjusted as needed for specific selection processes – steps can be added, the time allotted for specific tasks can be extended, etc. At the beginning of each process, the SSC will aim to publish an expected timeline based on the number
of candidates, deadline provided by the GNSO Council, and other factors that may have an impact.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
