<p class="MsoNormal">I want to supplement the IPC concerns about Julf. I think that I may have mischaracterized them based on some additional feedback from our members. The concern is that while Julf has been on council, he hasn’t been involved in the daily
workings of any policy development. To our knowledge, Julf is not on any PDP working groups, review teams or other ICANN policy initiatives. Osvaldo is on the reconvened IGO-INGO group and Paul is on CCWG. I don’t know if this changes anyone’s minds and
the IPC is not casting an official objection but I wanted to set the record straight. What I said in the transcript is correct but I would like to supplement with the concerns about knowledge and participation in policy development at the working group level.
