Our three weapons are fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency...and an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope.... Our four...no... amongst our weapons.... amongst our weaponry...are such elements as fear, surprise.... I'll come in again.

  Michael R. Graham:Could we change "A stakeholder refers" to read: "'Stakeholder' refers to"?
  Michael R. Graham:I know the Definitions sub-team has a good amount on its plate without doing so, but would it be useful for it to consider refining a definition of "Multi-Stakeholder Model" if it has time?
  Cheryl Langdon-Orr:guess so Michael as long as it is limted  to an ICANN context
  Avri Doria:of course now we also speak of administrtion, wtch more and more things get grouped under administration.
  Jonathan Frost:I agree with strengthening the must.
  Michael R. Graham:Agree -- tough "are" means they must or they are not proper GNSO processes.
