  Mary Wong:@Chuck, yes, as Michael says - the yellow were the new insertions made last week following the call this group had.
  Mary Wong:So basically they can all be removed from this version as they were added last week simply to highlight the differences between the version discussed on that call and the document I sent out after that for Nic to review.
  Avri Doria:communication is two way, othrwise it is notification
  Tom Barrett - EnCirca:should Referred be capitalized?  does it imply something formal?
  Mary Wong:@Tom, there's no formal set of rules governing how referrals should be done, although there are various processes currently in place for  different  ways to iniitiate policy work.
  Alan Greenberg:I think we are again doing the work of the overall WG!
  Avri Doria:of course we are, you cannot do definaitons and principles withoiut doing that work..
  Michael R. Graham:Sorry, all -- I have to go teach.  I will review the recording before the next session.
  Nic Steinbach:I left all of the references in, but think that at this time we can drop all of the source references....
  Avri Doria:i would like to get rid of the phrase after the -
  Marika test:numbering is not co-operating, will have to try and fix that after the call
  Avri Doria:you could have very clear plan that is unabigupously late
