[gtld-tech] Zodiac Registry: "access request for .xn--czru2d has been denied"

Hiya,

I just received the same set of requirements ( http://en.shangcheng.wang/notice.html, expand the "Credentialing Requirements for CZDS applicant to access the xn-- czru2d Zone Files” item)

Has there been any movement on this from ICANN?
