Hi all,

As part of opening the next round of applications for new gTLDs, ICANN is establishing a program that will separately evaluate organizations that provide technical services such as EPP, RDAP, DNS, etc,. from the organizations applying for gTLD labels. These Registry Service Providers (RSPs) will be able to offer their services to multiple gTLDs as part of this program.

All organizations are eligible to become an evaluated RSP, regardless of past experience providing gTLD services. ICANN published RSP application materials for Public Comment today with final versions expected in May 2024. The RSP application period is expected to begin in the last quarter of 2024.

The details of the RSP Evaluation Program are currently in development and being discussed as part of the work of the New gTLD Program Subsequent Procedures Implementation Review Team (IRT). If you would like to participate in the IRT, please complete this form.
