The goal was to not create new requirements. </li><li class="">Gustavo described changes between Version 1 and 2 of the WHOIS Clarifications. </li><li class="">Gustavo stated that new fields require the use of an RSEP. </li><li class="">The new target date for enforcing the WHOIS Clarifications is March 31, 2015 instead of February 12, 2015.
