I didn't receive a whitelist request back in 2015, so I guess you guys just went for it and we Registrars just allow a lot of requests ;) Just whitelisted the IP addresses, so good to go there.

On a more serious note, I would be very cautious to use EU registrant data to call and to email. There might be a chance that EU Registrar - Registrant registration agreements do not cover the pilot purposes.

<div>All gTLDs. This is the same activity we have done 2x in 2015 for the WHOIS ARS project. The message is targeted to registries / RSP as that is where we have had rate limit issues in the past. But yes it would be helpful for the registrars to whitelist
these as well. For what its worth, I believe ICANN had previously requested Registrars whitelist these to support other WHOIS projects in the recent past, but I could be wrong. </div>

of this data over time. The project was established to implement a series of improvements recommended by the WHOIS Review Team and approved by the Board (8 November 2012) on the manner in which ICANN carries out its responsibilities regarding WHOIS.

with respect to the requirements of the WHOIS record’s applicable version of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement. ICANN will pull a sample of approximately 200,000 WHOIS records across the entire gTLD name space, and will then perform accuracy testing on
