As GDD Summit, IDS and OARC 33, the May 2020 in-person meeting of <a href="http://regiops.net"><b>ROW#9</b></a> is cancelled. We are not scheduling another in-person event in 2020 but are considering alternatives. This decision was made as a result of the COVID-19
outbreak, considered a public health emergency of international concern by the World Health Organization. <o:p></o:p></p>
