Dear Adrian and all , thank you for your interest and replies. I agree the invitation to this meeting should be circulated on AC/SO chair level. I am just about to follow up with Alan Greenberg the ALAC chair, to reach out to other chairs. 

The agenda for the next meeting is a proposal and covers the most important tasks to move forward. Basic discussions about the interest of each stakeholder group will be ongoing, so that all interests will be taken into account.

Participation during the last meeting in LA was well balanced between all AC/SO and all supported the idea to make it a CCWG, because such a project connects to all stakeholder groups. Hi Sandra,

Thanks for the good wishes as well.

I am interested in participating in this CCWG bringin a vast experience of capacity buiding in the Latin American and Caribbean región.

In this sense I want to rise some issues:

- Proper invitations must be sent to other SO and AC as it is a CCWG

- Agenda should be developed more broadly considering interests of the Cross Community perspective, so my suggestion is to hold the discussion of concrete organization until all the parties are involved.

The next ICANN meeting will start I one week and I would like to invite you to the ICANN Academy  Working group meeting. 

During the last meeting in Los Angeles it was agreed that this working group shall be transformed from an Ad-Hoc working group under Alt Large  into a permanent cross community WG. A charter should be drafted and co-chairs be assigned. Please have a look at the recording and minutes from the last meeting if you are interested (details in this email below). So everyone interested in participation on a long term in a permanent WG should be present at this meeting. We will create teams for drafting a charter, sub teams on specific issues and open the call for co-chairs. It would be important to have all AC/SO represented there. Please reach out to your communities if you can not attend.
