[ICANN-CSC] Doodle for CSC Meeting 3

Good day all,

 

The time slots I’ve suggested were because it was convenient for all four members. As agreed upon by the group, all four members must be in attendance. During the next call, I agree that it would be helpful if we could include meeting times on the call agenda so we could get a series of monthly calls calendared, and also figure out what’s fair so that everyone can participate.

 

As of now, the Doodle poll shows the 28th as the most popular day for this call. If this date too late, would suggesting more times the beginning of the week of the 21st be better? Please note, Thanksgiving in the US is later that week. I could also suggest more times for this week coming up if it’s not too short of notice for everyone.

We need a meeting shortly after receiving the monthly report from PTI, to review the report and get it published. The 28th is probably too late.

I think meeting times will be/should be on our next monthly call agenda. I
suppose they will form part of our operating rules, given the strict
attendance obligations (which we may seek to relax). I'm no policy geek,
but I'd guess that the obligations only apply to the monthly meetings and
that these ad-hoc meetings to accelerate our initial work should be exempt.
