[ICANN-CSC] CSC announcement list?

Hi!

My memory is excruciatingly bad, so I don't remember if this has already
been suggested. Please excuse me if that's the case.

We may want to consider creating a "csc-announce" (or similar) mailing
list, which is open to members of the public to subscribe to, but not to
send messages to, to which we send our reports and whatever statements
we may want to make. That would enable anyone who wants to receive the
reports to just subscribe to the list. By disallowing public posts, it
will not fill up peoples mail boxes.

Do we also need an entry point where the public can reach us? (Think
"csc-contact" or "csc-comment".) I'm not sure that's actually needed,
but I wanted to raise the question.
