All,

As a follow up, the email address for the registrars list is
registrar-announcements at icann.org. I’ve added it to the TO line below.

I believe the only open item is to receive feedback from the RIR and IETF
leadership. There are two options that I can think of: (1) wait for the
feedback; or (2) go with the distribution list below and if the RIR and
IETF leadership would like to receive the reports directly, the email can
be sent to them when we hear from them.
