This time slot is a correct selection based on the Doodle results.

 

I note that I'm the only member who has indicated being unavailable at

this time slot, and given all the challenges with scheduling truly

international calls like these, we're fortunate to have found a slot

where only one member is unavailable.

 

Thursday evenings (Swedish time) are the one time slots when it's close

to impossible for me to participate due to other (standing) obligations,

so I will have to offer my excuses beforehand for not participating.

 

I will, however, try to cut myself loose briefly at the start of the

meeting just to say hello to you all, but I will not be able to attend

the entire meeting.

 

I also beg Maria and the secretariat to keep track of which time slots

are being used, and to rotate future calls, so that not all calls end up

on Thursdays. That would be extremely bothersome for me.

 

If it's possible, I would like to have access to the meeting recording

afterwards, so I can keep up with what was said. If that's not an

option, a transcript would be 2nd best.
