[ICANN-CSC] Name Cards for Hyderabad meeting

[Lars-Johan Liman]

I think it should have either my job affiliation (Netnod) or on whose account I sit there (RSSAC), but I suspect that having both will make the print too small to be useful. My personal belief is that the audience is better helped by the latter, but opinions vary and mine is not strong.
