Hi,

No apology needed, Kal.  We have an Elaine and two people named Elise on this list so it is easy to have auto-correct take over.

In response to the comments from Kal, Elaine, and Jay, attached is the highlevel development roadmap that we have for 2017.  We are still adjusting the timelines and scoping the phases of the projects. This roadmap has not yet factored in some of the enhancements that the CSC has suggested and for which we would like to better understand the feature requests.

Talk to you all next week.

A quick apology, I meant to address my response to Elise but had just replied to Elaine on another topic. Sorry.

In my defence I'm currently in Virginia and heavily jet lagged. It's like I'm emailing from the past.

I think we'd love to see the roadmap initially, regardless of its current state. I also understand if timelines are still in flux. For me personally, right now the timeline is less important than the items that make up the roadmap and the reasoning behind those items.

Yes, I agree with Kal,

Let's start with the the material Elise referenced back in December when we first raised the topic.

Hi Elaine, I think it might be worth doing both.

1. Reviewing the current roadmap. We all understand that it exists now without CSC feedback, but I still see value in reviewing it. I think I would benefit from learning what PTI considers important. You folks are the ones that have to live with the systems day to day. It's the best place to start in my opinion.

2. Discussing features or optimisations that our communities find important.

My personal opinion is that we start with the current roadmap. I'm sure I'll be more informed from that and will be able to provide much more sensible suggestions to PTI as a result.

Kal and Elaine,

As we (PTI) have been evaluating the asks from the CSC, such as changes in measuring activities by business days vs calendar days; in measuring technical checks; etc, it has become clear that we are unclear on exactly what the CSC wants. Would it be possible to dedicate some time to either the upcoming meeting or the face-to-face meeting in Copenhagen to reviewing the list of features that the CSC has requested and confirm the requirements of those requests?

Agree, I would also like to see the dev roadmap added to the agenda.

HI, we've been expecting the PTI to provide information on their development roadmap for improving the interface etc.

It didn't make the Jan meeting agenda because of a full scheduled, but it was agreed to be on the Feb schedule.
I don't see it?
