[ICANN-CSC] PTI's June 2017 Monthly Report to the CSC

Dear Colleagues,
        
        Attached is the Naming Function performance report from PTI for the month of June 2017.  There were no exceptions this month and PTI achieved an overall service level agreement of 99.8%.  The overall performance is calculated by looking at each individual request metric to see if it met the SLA or not, and then tallies up the results. It’s not an overall percentage of thresholds met.

Please note there is an addendum to the report which includes Root Zone revocations, root server changes, and IDN table data.  As agreed in previous teleconferences this information will be provided at the end of each report.
