[ICANN-CSC] Virtual Meeting: PTI report and CSC findings October 2017

Dear all,

As you will have noted the upcoming CSC call of 15 November 2017 has been cancelled. In order to meet quorum, the meeting should have been re-scheduled. Unfortunately, rescheduling at such short notice is not considered feasible.

  

This being said, the CSC will need to conduct its monthly PTI performance review.  For that matter PTI is preparing its October report, which they hope to share before the upcoming week-end. The draft CSC findings are prepared as well.

 

Proposed way forward for the CSC report over PTI performance October 2017:
PTI will share its report over October 2017 with CSC. Staff to prepare and share draft CSC report over PTI performance October 2017. If any additional comments/notes by PTI share them over email list.
CSC reviews PTI report. If any questions/comments to PTI, you are kindly requested to share them using this email list by 15 November 2017 23.59 UTC.
Response from PTI on questions, comments by 16 November 2017, 23.59 UTC. 
Update, if needed, CSC report by 17 November 2017, 17.00 UTC. 
Circulate CSC findings to community 17 November 2017, post 17.00 UTC
 

Please note that the 14 December meeting is tentatively scheduled for 2.5 hours:
1 hour discussion with CSC charter review team
1.5 hours: regular CSC meeting
