Elaine – this is the letter from NasaDomena.sk that was circulating in early September.  It likely is what Jay is referring to.

Jay where is the letter you're referencing published?
 It is impossible for the CSC members to digest and interpret. report like this as Jay has, without all of the relevant information... perhaps going forward PTI could provide links to any related documents for our review?
... Is that even within our scope?

For the avoidance of doubt, my point above is not questioning the response to him, merely the characterisation which implies that he is acting alone and without the strong community support that he appears to have.
