    Dear CSC colleagues,
    
    It has been my privilege to serve as the liaison and primary point of contact from the IANA Functions Operator to the CSC as defined in the CSC charter.  Since I will be leaving ICANN within a couple of months, this is a good time to transition the liaison and primary point of contact role to Naela Sarras.  Naela has served as the secondary point of contact from the IANA Functions Operator and is the Sr. Manager of the IANA Services.  She has participated in the monthly CSC teleconferences and it is her team which handles the change requests that are reflected in meeting our Service Level Agreement with ICANN and the naming community. Going forward Naela will submit the monthly SLA reports to the CSC, participate in the monthly teleconferences and be the primary point of contact of the IANA Functions Operator.  
    
    Now that Naela will be the primary point of contact, the IANA Functions Operator’s secondary point of contact will be Selina Harrington.  Selina has been with ICANN for over 8 years and she is a Lead IANA Specialist with a primary focus on the naming function.  
    
    I have enjoyed collaborating with all of you in this inaugural year of the CSC and know that Naela and Selina will continue the collaborative working relationship.  Please join me in welcoming both Naela and Selina to their new roles as representatives to the CSC from the IANA Functions Operator.
