[ICANN-CSC] Proposed Deferral of the January CSC meeting

Dear Colleagues,

Let me start by wishing you all a very happy and prosperous 2018.

As you may recall from our Abu Dhabi meeting, we had originally scheduled our first meeting this year for January 15 2018. However, this proved to be difficult for our US colleagues, given that it is a public holiday there. Finding a suitable alternative time has proved to be a challenge.  You may have already seen the PTI report for the month of December, which was circulated this week, in which they report 100% compliance.  Beyond reviewing it, there are no other pressing items that need to be discussed this month.  I therefore propose that we defer our meeting originally scheduled for 15 January and discuss the PTI report by email.  I would hope that we could approve our report by January 17 2018.  If you agree, then our next meeting would be Thursday, February 15, at 20.00 UTC. The full 2018 CSC meeting schedule can be found at:  https://www.icann.org/csc , under the upcoming meetings tab.
