[ICANN-CSC] confirmation of promised deliverables from ICANN64

Hi All,

 

I am just confirming that per our discussions at ICANN63, we will be
providing the CSC with:

 

1. Version of Remedial Action Procedures to account for requirements in the
new CSC charter

2. Version of the Process for Amending IANA Naming Function Service Level
Agreements

3. Visual mock-up of what the new SLA webpage would look like once Annex A
was amended to reference said webpage.

4. Recommended timeline with milestones so that the Contractual change is
ready for both PTI and ICANNs' Board approval at ICANN64.

 

These documents are currently being circulated and we estimate that after
Legal's review we can get these to you by Monday, 12 Nov 2018 so you have
some time to review prior to the CSC's monthly meeting.

 

I know that another request was to see the draft language for the
contractual change to Annex A, but as Sam has been out this week, I will
need to speak with her to see if it will be available at the same time the
other documents are.
