[ICANN-CSC] Liaison to the IFRT

Byron,
    I did read the slide deck that Trang sent but it wasn’t clear to me exactly what a Liaison needed to deliver [1] and how much time would be required, given my time is a little constrained at the moment, I thought it best not to volunteer right now.

[1] I should probably have asked what was required when I read it of course but it slipped my mind.

Dear Colleagues,

As you will recall from our last meeting, one of our action items was to select a liaison to the IFRT.

James Gannon had volunteered and received positive feedback, but given we had two new CSC members we elected to provide some time for reflection on this question.

We have not had any subsequent input.  Unless there is material feedback to the contrary, the CSC will put forward James as our IFRT Liaison at end of day tomorrow, Friday October 5th, in order to be compliant with the deadline.
