[ICANN-CSC] Retirement from the CSC

Byron,

I will be sorry to see you leave. I've seen and worked in quite a few
corners of the ICANN system over many (20+!) years, but I don't think
I've ever seen a comittee so productive and well managed. A committee is
an ecosystem of individuals and processes, and it's difficult to make
one work well. Your leadership is far from the only contributing factor
to the success of the CSC, but it is an important one. Thank you very
much for excellent chairmanship!
