For action item “Action 03 31 2019: PTI/IANA reverse engineer previous transfer/delegations to test proposed SLA”, please find attached the document labeled “ccTLD Delegation & Transfer – Staff processing times”.
 

In this document we studied the ccTLD delegation and Transfer requests for the last 3 years and focused on the staff processing time to ensure it is in line with the proposed changes to the ccTLD Delegation and Transfer – Validation and Reviews metrics. 

 
For action item “Action 04 31 2019: PTI to review language used in proposal for amending SLA creation and transfer ccTLD to map against terminology in FoI”, please find attached the document labeled “Service Levels for the ccTLD Delegation and Transfer Process - V2”
 

In this document, we aligned the terms used throughout the document with those used in the FOI and added a note about the variation in terminology used to refer to the ccTLD delegation and transfer processes.
