Amy,
    Not sure I understand the purpose of the version where the tables have been removed, seems like we are just getting rid of useful information. I prefer the version where the tables are still present but are divided I think this is much easier to read.

Like last month I am attaching the standard CSC Report for July 2019 (redlined from June 2019’s report), and then two mock-ups to display different ways of reporting on SLAs changed/to be changed.  The mock-ups are for discussion.
