[ICANN-CSC] CSC 2020 Schedule

Dear Maria,

thank you for provided info.

For me it will be the best case to get one more correction in August - 
to have a meeting on 19st.

It will exclude potential risk of conflict by the same reason. Signing 
ceremony's date will be defined later - but we had no precedents to have 
it in this period.
