Dear CSC,

Per action item “Action 01 36 2019: PTI to send latest version amended SLA creation and transfer to CSC to seek formal approval”, please find attached the final version of the ‘SLAs for the ccTLD Creation and Transfer Process Change Analysis” to be approved by the CSC and PTI. The proposed SLA changes are detailed on page 3 of the document. I have updated the process requirements table in this document to account for the completed steps.

For action item “Action 04 36 2019: PTI to provide update implementation amended SLA creation and transfer ccTLDs by next meeting”, the implementation plan in the attached document explained that if approved, these new SLAs will be included in the next major release of RZMS. See page 5 of the attached document.
We have a meeting with the development team next week and I will provide an update during the call with the CSC on estimated dates for release.
